About Neil
Neil is a physician & conservationist who leads Preventing Pandemics at the Source. Previously with CDC, he responded to the two largest Ebola outbreaks ever and has led many other outbreak responses. In 2020, he built NYC's COVID-19 contact tracing program. He has published widely, given a TED talk, and was named to the 2025 TIME100 Next list.
